Just had a chat with Dave Wilson in customer service. He was very friendly, informative and reassuring. He gave clear information related to my enquiry and provided extra information and documentation so that there would be no confusion about what was included for free (additional driver) when I collect the car. It my first time hiring a car abroad so this was very reassuring. Hopefully it will all go well at the collection. Thanks Dave.
