I had to change collection time of a car to an earlier time on the same day, this was due to my flight schedule change by my airline. If I had to change return date, it wouldn't be a problem to discuss at the rental desk, but this change I had to sort out beforehand. It was not possible to manage the booking through Manage Booking section, due to less than 24 hours left. Hence I used a chat option. Rachel Green was extremely helpful and understood my requirements. She sorted everything within 5 minutes on the chat.
