I dealt with Kevin with regards to collection of a hire car at 6.00pm at Chambery Airport with the office closing a t 6.00pm. Kevin kindly made arrangements for a further half hour wait due to possible delay in collecting baggage. He was helpful and very reassuring. Many thanks
