Spoke through chat with Tony Rief. He was not able to add info to my rental car booking as VIP confirmed email suggested. I too was unable to add upgrades to my booking. However, Tony was able to email the supplier with the details & provided me with their local phone number. Trusting this rental will go smoothly.
