The whole process was really smooth and easy. The directions to the shuffle were very clear and we were picked up very quickly. The rental team were really nice and professional - they didn’t come across as trying to scam or up sell you things as can often be the case with car rental firms. The car itself was band new and the drop off was quick and easy. Would use them again.
