I used the chat to manage my booking. My first time booking via VIPCars, I was a bit anxious as the amount charged to my credit card was more than what was stated in the booking email. Robert assisted in providing the full invoice which included the insurance amount. Also, the amount to be paid to the car rental company is not included in the booking email. Hope this will be improved in the future. Thank you Robert for assisting me in getting the necessary information while waiting for the confirmation voucher from the car rental company.
