I reserved a car for 4 days, but only used it for 3 days. I was promised a refund for the extra day, but never got it. I told them if I couldn't get a refund then I wanted to keep the car the extra day. Allan assured me I would get a refund, but 4 months later still nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.
