When I got to the rental desk to pick up my circa 200 Euro rental for the week , an additional 35 Euro charge was added by the supplier. Apparently this was for “extra tax” and “e toll” . Why can’t this seller just be transparent and list ALL charges that I was due to pay encounter when I arrived at the desk ? What if I didn’t have enough cash to cover the extra charges ? Really really unhelpful in this day and age really when information should be transparent and readily available in black and white. Next time I will just book with the supplier directly so I know what I ACTUALLY will be expected to pay
