Used VIPCars a few time usually no issues. The first time I really need them to sort an issue with their supplier and they have not been able to help me at all. Hired a car through them with Flexways in Bucharest and the supplier withdrew €1900 for the booking deposit. It was supposed to be a hold, but it was a withdrawal. It was supposed to be returned to me by now, but instead the car supplier has stopped responding. They are not claiming I did any damage. They are just not returning the deposit and saying they will shortly. Other than saying they shouldn’t be doing this, VIPCars have not done anything to sort this out. Book direct with a reputable car company.
