I telephoned VIP to make a change - spoke to Christina and she was really helpful and promptly changed car with same provider to a lower price. Saved me £50 on the same car. Got the extra cover for reducing my excess effective for free.
I followed recommendation on website to check before travel as rental companies do reduce prices.
