Terrible customer service. Received a car through VIPcars with a broken windscreen to be told that there was no other cars available, asked for solutions to this and was told there was no other options. Every time I tried to raise the complaint them palmed it off and said to contact the 'supplier', who also wanted to do nothing for me.
Since dropping the car back I have been charged extra on my credit card to which the 'supplier' and VIP cars cannot tell me what I have been charged extra for.
Total shambles of a company and I cannot recommend enough that you avoid them.
