My rental car vendor made a change to my reservation but did not notify VIP. Upon discovering this, I realized that I would get charged 2 times for the same car rental. I called VIP to investigate and was helped by Garry. After asking me a couple of questions to understand the situation, he was able to clear up the problem and prevent me from getting charged twice.
