Had a recent experience using a third party company through VIP Cars. I believe I may have been overcharged or the charges did not add up to the invoice amount. First time using VIPCars and the Live chat customer support from Rick was great. I look forward to the response and resolution. I would look at using VIPCars in the future, maybe not the third party company. Thanks again.
