Allan Shelves was very helpful, I couldn't understand the full protection plan being offered when hiring a car form Faro, he explained it to me, still a bit confused as to what is on the car hire web page and what extra cover I need from the desk when collecting the car, as it says I don't need extra cover from the desk but I fact I do?
