The website was awful! IMPOSSIBLE to "manage or modify the booking". I needed to make an amendment to the dates. Tried at least 10 times then resorted to Live Chat. That was great. I had Eddy Delucci online and he was MOST helpful. Had my request sorted out satisfactorily and then later followed up with a phonecall to ensure that all was in order and that I did not need anything more.
