Unfortunately because I didnt have an original utility bill I couldnt pick up the car I had booked from my preferred supplier. Fortunately VIP cars made sure this wasn't a problem by making it as easy as possible to transfer my booking to another supplier who accepted my credit card, passport and driving license as ID.
