Success for some companies means treating customers like they don't matter.
I ordered e- liquids on Monday 15/05/2023 with same-day delivery which costs an extra £6.95 and the products have not yet been delivered despite calling customer services yesterday and today 18/05/2023 to request a refund.
Can I please have my £24.95 refunded as I have re-ordered via regular free Royalmail?
