Excellent product and service!
Unfortunately, on my last order they sent me a 16mg strength of e-liquid instead of the much lower strength I ordered. I would have contacted the sales team, but as I'd already used some of the order before I noticed, I decided not to bother. If it hadn't been for this error I would have given 5 stars.
