I had a problem with my last order and when I originally enquired about it was told it was delayed due to the bad weather, today I had an online chat with Aaron and he managed to sort it all out for me and arrange a refund, so then I was just able to re-order my products. Excellent customer service from Aaron and I will definately be using VIP again.
