I ordered a fairly large order to mainland Spain. The order came within 4 days, ordered Friday delivered Monday. For that the service from VIP was brilliant! Only issue, I ordered two orange tipped batteries, the free gift from VIP was two blue tipped batteries! Obviously not the colour I would have wanted or use!
