Always so helpful.
Saw an offer showing on the website but couldn't work out how to claim it. When I rang them it turned out it was an expired offer yet they still honoured it which was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. Grant on the phone was fantastic, extremely helpful and chatty and his manager rounded up the discount for me which was again was very lovely of them.
Have ordered from them for years and will continue to do so. Can't fault them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
