I was having trouble getting a charger for my photon vapour, so i contacted VIP directly to see if they could help.
I left my phone number on the e mail and asked them to help me.
The response was immediate and very helpful. Thank you so much Janet, you were so helpful and patient with me and you showed what customer service should be but so often is not.
