After placing my order today with the help of Nathan on the web chat, I had cause to return via the web chat and this time I got Grant. I can honestly say that I was blown away by the help Grant gave me both on the chat and also the phone. Never have I come across a nicer, more friendly bunch of people working at the same firm. Totally happy and looking forward to my new Vype e-pen.
