The whole team made the whole event of buying a new bike a special occasion; relaxing and easy whilst making it exciting. The whole process was brilliant start to finish. For someone who isn't as technically literate on bikes, Hayden and the team made the daunting process of building my own bike seamless and straight forward. I now own something so personal to me and therefore so meaningful. It's unique - it's mine, and it's totally thanks to the team.
