A fantastic experience sums up my interaction with Vires Velo from the bike fit to receiving the the Factor Ostro VAM UK edition. The whole experience feels tailored to the individual as you can configure the bike to your preference from parts to Euro brake setup, etc. The Ostro VAM is my first road bike and while it's likely tailored to the more avid and pro riders, for a newbie, you instantly understand why it is one of the top road bikes available. It is light, fast, sturdy, comfortable, and very responsive...and expensive, but quality and personalized services and products come at a price.
