Absolutely appalling!
When you receive a gift of a specific experience and try to book... only to find it's not available and to try other options many being miles away from where we live plus the fact you are expected to pay extra and that they also come up 'unavailable'!!!
No direct contact to company everything online - it appears a refund is also impossible.
Our experience is to never to purchase a 'Virgin Experience'
as it is an absolute waste of your time and money.
Disgusted.
