Terrible they all say you can get a refund but please explain how this can be done. They sent me an email to cancel my experience but no way of contacting them. It takes too long to get a response. Will try Live chat but unable to find it.
Really Really bad so I would say don't do it. Book the event direct may cost you a little more but heh better than nothing or letting someone down.
