Have been trying to contact them for a week - with absolutely no response. They say they are available by phone - not true. The phone message says they are now 'phoneless'. They say you can use 'Live Chat' - not true. I've tried for a week, it has never been available. Email? Yes, I've tried - no response.
Is there anybody there? Certainly won't be buying any more vouchers from them. Just hope my delivery comes sometime :(
