Absolutely terrible experience - would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a voucher for next day delivery for a birthday. Tracking code doesn't work, unable to get hold of customer services (2-3 day response time). I did manage to get a response on twitter which was a complete fob off.
Use another experience company and avoid these like the plague
