Paid £20 online to extend an existing voucher which is due to expire shortly. Message on screen to say it been replaced and if I log into my account it says it's been replaced there too but no new voucher has been emailed. Virgin make it very difficult to contact them, the website takes you round in circles when trying to find contact details - no phone number and live chat not working. Eventually I was able to email them but so far I have just received a stock reply saying they will get back to me at some point. Very disappointing - please re-introduce a phone number so that customers can speak to someone!
