Will never use virgin experiences again.
Service absolutely terrible.
To cut a long story short. Never got my package.
Signed for delivery clearly shows a different person (not us signed for it).
So in my opinion, fraud has occurred,
Virgin refuse to resupply or refund.
In my opinion, my wife's present obviously being enjoyed by someone else who has committed theft and Virgin do not care as they have their money.
Disgraceful service and my personal recommendation is to never use this company.
