Still waiting since Monday to book a date to use our virgin experience voucher. It is now Friday, and we still haven't been able to book, Just waited on the phone for 30 minutes, listening to a recorded message telling us that they were extremely busy.
Then we were cut off with a message saying this number is temporarily unavailable.
At this rate our voucher will be out of date and our phone bill will be expensive.
Come on Virgin, we expect better than this.
