If I could rate Virgin Experience as 0 stars I would. I have been trying to spend my vouchers for over a year but have been stuck in an email loop with their customer service this entire time. They are absolutely awful. After months of them constantly asking the same questions over and over again and me giving the same answer, they are finally doing what I asked a year ago. Unfortunately all my vouchers lapsed as they have taken so long (I assume they do this on purpose so they never pay out), and then they had the nerve to ask me to pay to extend the vouchers despite the fact they gave me no way to use my vouchers in the first place.
Horrendous customer service and vouchers that do not work.
