This is my second bad experience should have learnt my lesson!!first time my husband brought me ticket for hot air balloon this was not cheap and couldn't get booked up never any available dates extended the voucher and after a year of trying finally gave up and told couldn't have refund as we never took out the extra insurance at a extra cost!!
Brought tickets for chilli experience and went to book it up and fully booked no available dates!!!!!
