My son booked a weekend away voucher then Covid struck various attempts made to book a date then further break outs stopped us booking eventually they told us the voucher was past its sell by date no experience money pocketed .
My daughter gave us an overnight stay voucher for fathers went to book it but three days to late (my fault) thy came back with a new code great tried to book not recognised money pocketed.
So in my experience stay clear of anything Virgin related .
