I am trying to use a gift card with a £150 balance, yet despite using multiple credit, debit and family member cards, the system keeps rejecting my transaction, saying "oops, please try again with a different card". All of the cards used have ample funds to cover the cost and I have even set up a new account with a different email. Still getting the same response.
Both my partner and I have tried to contact Virgin Experience Days well over ten times in the past 3 months to resolve this, and no one is helping us. Terrible service from a shoddy product. DO NOT USE
