If I could give a 0 star review I would!!!
I have been emailing your customer services team for 15 days now trying to get a resolution for the issure we are having with a voucher you have sold and the only response you've given is.. You are waiting for another team to respond.
The experience we wanted to book was for this Thursday and we have taken annual leave to do it. It looks like now because of your company's lack of service we'll be unable to and also have one very disappointed 7 year old who was really looking forward to the Easter activity we had planned.
You have effectively sold us a faulty product and now seem incapable of sorting it out.
Do not use this company!!!
