Shocking - They send you a piece of paper then you have to go on the internet and get another piece of paper. Then you have to use that piece of paper to book by a phone call. Also, be careful, if you lose your 2nd piece of paper you have to wait 6 months before you can ask for a new one and it will cost you £20 for them to re-print and send this piece of paper.
It's 2016, I can arrange a mortgage using a mobile app and this is the hassle you have to go through to book an experience day with Virgin. An absolute con, I'd love the see the number of people that DON'T manage to book their experience due to the horrendous Virgin customer experience...
