Long waiting time. Unprofessional make-up and stylist. no snacks and refreshments as advertised. Unprofessional photographer. Lots of lies told re waiting time, then told you were being given a discount for the waiting time, but you weren´t as they removed two of the photo´s in the package, and removed the two free photo´s you were supposed to get with the original offer. Struggled to find 10 professional photo´s. I have done these photo shoots twice before and took my daughter as a special birthday treat for both her and myself, so we felt we had to buy some photo´s, but feel it was a waste of day and £250.00. Virgin should not associate with this company, I only used them because it was a Virgin Experience, but it was the worst ever experience. The entire thing was rushed and very un professional. Please remove your name from this and stop other people from having such a bad experience
