Staff are genuinely combative on the phone and not looking to help and sometimes genuinely angry.
They were happy to cancelled on me at short notice and lacked concern that I had to expensive travel arrangements which were now worthless.
When tried to re-arrange at short notice (longer than their notice) I was told it was not possible.
Only use them for ideas and locations. By-pass them when you've made a decision.
