I cannot rate my experience at this Spa, as I did cancel my voucher due to the impoliteness and adamant behaviour of their customer service. The treatment written on the fine print says "you will be treated....." no according to them. You have to do it yourself and check Virgin T&C.
Rang them up they did not confirm what the lady called Paris at the Spa says and they refunded me the money
