We had a death in the family two days before we were to depart to MOTO GP. Had rang on the friday prior to say the relative (sister) was ill and had only been given days to live. Girl on other end of phone was adamant no refund, no cancellation. Asked that these were unforeseeable circumstance. Still reply policy is no refund no cancellation. At the end of phone call her reply was have a nice day. During the phonecall I was finding it very difficult to speak as I was crying. I feel you staff need to be taught a bit of customer ettique.
