Well organised and welcoming staff. Warner Brother's lunch food could have been better, it was very bland macaroni. The hotel tea was 'safe' and simple, could have been a bit more different (we are vegetarian). I suggest the studio have something to explain where the hotel is to avoid confusion for the joint attraction.
