Afternoon tea with bubbles was a gift that we used to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Folly is a riverside restaurant in a prime position in Oxford, and our window seats gave us a fine view of the river. On a warmer day, we would have chosen to eat outside on their floating deck, but as it was, we enjoyed the stylish interior. The delicious selection of sandwiches and cakes were served by by a charming and friendly young waiter, who was very attentive without being too intrusive. Superb!
