Severe weather with “risk to life” meant we could not travel to our day. The spa were useless at taking calls, sending us in circles.
Totally inflexible on re-arrangement of our days access to the spa. Let alone the treatments. Aloof and in-empathising.
We will never, ever, part ways with money to Bannatyne Spas again.
