Very easy to use the voucher - for lunch at the Shangri-La at The Shard, and no feeling of being a bargain basement customer.
Have a cocktail at the highest bar in Britain on floor 52 - pick your jaw off the floor when you see the view, enjoy the complementary nibbles served with such style and panache and feel like a millionaire !
Exactly the same experience for lunch - superb food, presentation and service.
