Carlisle venue a great place for sightseeing. Hotel slightly disappointing on arrival to room as website showed ultra modern furnishings and facilities but in reality our room was greatly in need of a refurbish. Staff very helpful as tv remote not working but was replaced. I later found bedside lamp not working. My husband had to alter shower rail in bathroom. However it was clean. Lovely breakfast.
