My Christmas Gift /Experience was a Golf Pro Hour.
Mildly disinterested Golf pro talked to me for an Hour'ish and showed me a couple of things to work on.
Since this was a 1-Hr single Booking, she obviously did not think it was worth bothering.
Booking was a Joke too. Registered my Virgin Voucher and when I went o book, a message came-up stating that it had already been used, so I called the Telephone Number listed in case of Issues.
Nothing to do with us, said the lady. We just sell the experience days - we don't organise anything - she did not get the irony of her statement. This took 20 mins
Told to call someone else, who told me - "Oh this happens all the time". She then cant help either, but advises me " ….. to call the Gold Club (Horsham Golf, W.Sussex) Direct & take it from there. They might be able to help."
She is serious and thinks she has helped.
I call in at The Golf Club and they are fine -" this is par-for-the-Course with Virgin. Cant be bothered."
Won't do that again. An experience to be avoided.
