This is as close as it gets to a scam. The availability of time slots to redeem experiences is very poor, you need to book 6-8 weeks in advance, at inconvenient locations. The small print isn't shown in the advert, only after you buy.
I tried to book a spa experience with 6 weeks left until the expiry of the voucher, but no London or South East locations had any availability. Getting through to the locations to book your experience is a problem too - very often you get only voicemail and you never get called back.
