Shocking customer service. They will easily take your money for bets for AGES but when it comes to paying out they want 13 forms of ID, 3 bank statements, birth certificate, driving licence, passport, a sample of my BLOOD. I am closing my account down as of today and I will never use or recommend these incompetent money grabbing tuurds again!
